Hello there! My name is Kirsten Jones. I’m 54 years old and have been a Personal Trainer and Coach for 10 years.
Strength training changed my life so profoundly at the age of 43 that it inspired me to want to help other women discover the magical benefits!
At 54 I have no aches or pains, I have tons of energy, am not on any medications and am in fabulous shape because the strength training I do and teach and the healthy lifestyle habits that I live by and teach my clients unlock the secret to living a healthier life and ageing well.
Whatever your goals, whatever your strengths, weaknesses, limitations or injuries I will tailor a personal program for you that will see and feel the results of week after week!

At 43, my transformation journey led to far more than physical changes. It became a profound journey of personal development, reshaping my mindset, boosting my energy and resolving longstanding health issues
My journey towards health and fitness wasn't a straightforward path. Like many, I was trapped in the all-too-common cycle of dieting and exhaustive workouts, always taking an all-or-nothing approach. However, the true transformation came when I stepped off this exhausting merry-go-round and I discovered the key to genuine wellness: balance, not extremes. I achieved the best shape of my life not by strict dieting, but through a practical, enjoyable fitness regime that required just a few hours each week.
I use this experience as the bedrock of my philosophy at She Studio Albury: the right approach to health isn't just about physical appearance, it’s about finding a sustainable, fulfilling lifestyle that unlocks more energy, joy, and potential than you ever thought possible.

Lauren brings a vibrant energy to SHE Personal Training Studio. With 2 years of professional experience and a lifelong dedication to fitness.
Lauren's fitness philosophy is grounded in her passion for pushing limits and exploring the capabilities of the body. When she's not guiding clients through strength and functional training sessions, she's galloping across fields, competing in Polocrosse tournaments with her partner Islay. Her approach to fitness is holistic, blending the discipline of an athlete with the nurturing guidance of a trainer.
