Foundation Program

SHE Fireflow
2 week deload
It's your time to deload, recalibrate, and prepare your body for new heights.
The Experience: The Fireflow Experience serves as a pivotal phase in our training regimen, where we strategically step back from the 10 weeks of intensive muscle overloading experienced in the each program. This period of thoughtful deloading is essential for recuperation, takes place in the final 2 weeks of each training block, setting the stage for a renewed cycle of training. It's a time to rejuvenate, recalibrate, and prime ourselves for the exciting challenges that lie ahead.
Why Fireflow?
Fireflow ignites a symphony of training modalities designed to activate and strengthen the often-overlooked smaller muscles that support and enhance the function of their larger counterparts. This meticulous approach fosters improved balance and coordination, enabling you to move with grace and ease
SHE Fit
The Next Level
Research from the early 2000s shows the benefits of HIIT (high intensity interval training) for women, especially menopausal women.
Short bursts of intense training rather than high volumes of training is shown to create incredible adaptions in body composition with decreased waist circumference and the ability to better dispose of blood glucose.
This class is a symphony of short, potent working sets (SIT, Tabata, EMOM, SPRINT) that blend bodyweight exercises, light weights, power, sprint cycles, plyometric training and VO2 cardio blasts via interval training.

Sprinting
Ultimately your body is an instrument not an ornament. Great health begins with great movement.
Barefoot Sprinting is like Yoga on steroids! 95% of people never sprint again after age 30! However sprinting places a great stress on the body which will turn the clock back on ageing and help you body move better.
An exhilarating session that will pump your dopamine levels up high and get the weekend off to a flying start!
